The RUTH Women’s Ministry is an affiliation of Servants of God Ministry based in Shenley Lodge, West Milton Keynes.

We meet bi-monthly on the 4th Saturday of the month at 10 am, for breakfast and discussion on relevant subjects for women in today’s society.

  • The RUTH Women ministry exists to make a difference in the life of women whilst forming long-lasting and meaningful relationships that inspire them to excel. We believe that every woman is valued regardless of age, race, or culture and that being complete is a significant factor in well-being and health.

Our core values stem from our faith which makes and shapes our identity of who we are.  We are committed to remaining positive, motivated, and passionate about life but always fun-loving.

  • We have a vision for what true relationships with Christian women look like: loving, supportive, challenging, and encouraging.

    • Developing relationships through discussions and forums that will inform and transform.

    • Support that impacts and is not centred only on empathy

    • Challenging the common issues that women face in the 21st century regarding families, faith, and the wider community.

    • Understand that empowerment is essential to moving on and learning from lessons or situations.

    • Although ‘Ruth’ is a faith-based ministry, every woman is embraced and welcomed regardless of status.

    • Faith becomes relevant when it is lived out.

We will achieve these visions and goals through:

    • Hosting social events such as breakfast and discussion forums which are relevant.  Banquets that will reach out to the wider community.

    • Providing practical assistance where needed

    • Developing an outward involvement in charity work

    • Consistent recognition of the power of prayer in everyday situations.

    Outcomes:

    • Independence

    • Impact on others

    • Coping strategies

    • Inner strength
